Project Description:

It is an airline passenger service system which core operating areas are reservation, departure control and flight inventory.

It has the capability to communicate with external systems through EDIFACT and Teletype messages.

Accomplishments:

1. As proxy product owner I ensured successful implementation of the requirements related to depart EDIFACT, baggage functionalities, ticketing multi-host, SAC code and third party ticketing transactions for NDC orders.
2. Assisted the testing team in regression cycles in flight scheduling and inventory control and brought down the defect counts to below 10%.
3. Prepared the low level requirements related to updates in PFS ,PNL/ADL message functionalities.
4. Developed good knowledge on core airline PSS areas in a short period of time.

Project: LineSight

Duration: Jul 2017 to present

Project Description:

It is a risk assessment engine which flags potential threats trying to enter or leave a system (e.g. a country) using boolean

rules, predictive analytics and watch list matches. Currently it is being developed for immigration agencies.

Accomplishments:

1. As functional Business Analyst I prepared the low level requirements related to predictive analytics, restricted commodities, dashboards for different roles, watch list functionalities and assisted the development team in implementing those.
2. Did comprehensive analysis on future possibilities and challenges related to the product and presented to the team.
3. Became part of excel to Tableau migration exercise and designed Tableau dashboards on project KPIs.

Accomplishments:

1. Managed floor operations of a 7000 sq feet store with 35 sales personnel.
2. 100% achievement of monthly targets.
3. Assisted the store manager in sales report preparation by creating excel macros.
4. Assisted the store manager to bring down the difference between quantity present in the system and the actual quantity present to below 10%.

Accomplishments:

As field engineer in Ericsson India's Maxis project,

1. Improved system outage statistics by 25% in less than one year through regular preventive maintenance of network sites and real time outage address.
2. Improved network health by improving antenna alignment between network sites.
3. Improved remote visibility of network sites through DCN routing..
4. Assisted the senior engineers from field in implementing ring network and hybrid links.
