Achievements:

  • Completed community building conditions survey by coordinating a 5 member team, randomly sampling 600 homes, and interviewing 30 low-income homeowners; results informed annual impact assessments and identified critical housing repair needs within the community.
  • Coached three Corporate Officers in their roles as Treasurer, Secretary, and President of a Homeowners' Association in compliance with the Corporate Laws of Florida; as a result, the organization acquired $20,000.00 in grant money to build a neighborhood park.
