? Responsible for quality patient care, leadership and supervision of field nursing staff to ensure safe, effective and efficient patient care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, guidelines and local regulations. ? Provides supervisory visits to contracted hospitals and ensures compliance with company policy and procedure and regulatory agencies. ? Supervises and conducts personnel actions such as performance appraisals, transfers and corrective and/or disciplinary actions for employee issues. ? Achieve financial targets to include budget, labor costs, supply costs and expenditures, along with reconciling daily/monthly billing for acute treatments. ? Participates in orientation and training of newly hired staff. ? Manages the utilization of nursing staff as well as supplies/equipment to enhance productivity and maximize cost controls. ? Performs all other duties, tasks and projects as assigned. ? Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating the performance of all personnel; approving and submitting all hours worked and counseling and disciplining employees. ? Monitor variance/incident reports and devise plan of action to the committee monthly. ? Submit report monthly to all hospitals and Medical Director if assigned.
