Hello and Welcome!

Thanks for stopping by! As you're evaluating so many candidates, I'm sure you're wondering who I am. In a nutshell, I'm a builder, a fixer, and a dreamer. Okay, sure, but what does that really mean? I'm glad you asked:

  • a Builder: Throughout my 15-year career, I've served as a key member in multiple pilot programs and initiatives, playing a role anywhere from being an inaugural team member to founding a new organization or piloting a new role in a startup company. I have a creative mind, a flexible approach, and a helluva lot of grit, all of which have helped me build success for a variety of organizations.
  • a Fixer: I love nothing more than a well-oiled machine, except maybe rolling up my sleeves to add the oil, taking stock of the situation, and devising ways to improve processes. And I connect with key stakeholders to gather the input needed to make those improvements happen.
  • a Dreamer: With an entrepreneurial mindset, I see things as they are and I'm able to see what could be; you might even say I'm one of those vision-driven types. It's a trait that has motivated me to try and build something and implement changes that make things better. It all comes full circle :)

Now that we're on the same page...

With a well-rounded career supported by study and practice in human resources, I enjoy making organizations better by creating efficiency while fostering a great environment. I'm all in to help my team grow to their best potential. As we reopen our society, I'm excited to bring my penchant for improvement, along with my brand of fun stick-to-itiveness to a team that is tackling big things in 2021.

I invite you to flip through the pages of my digital resume to learn more about my background. And hey, if you like what you see (or even if you don't) I'd welcome the feedback. Just use the contact form to reach out.

Happy reading!
